We reward loyalty!  In addition to offering lower priced marketing solutions to sell your home, we offer additional incentives for repeat or add-on business.  For example, if you both buy and sell a home through “Fairway Realty” we increase the level of savings that you realize.  Likewise, if you have bought or sold a home with us in the past, we will provide additional incentives to thank you for your repeat business.  We just think this makes good business sense.  You reward us with your business and your loyalty. Shouldn’t we return the favor?

 

We focus on results. No matter what level of service you choose, we do certain things we feel important to market your home effectively.

 

  1. MLS – your home will be placed in both the local multiple listing services including the Aiken MLS and the Augusta MLS.  The majority of agents only put it in one.  We believe in getting as much exposure for your home as possible.  Many agents in Augusta and North Augusta have clients and sell homes in Aiken.  Therefore, if your home is not in the Augusta MLS, it’s difficult for them to know that your home is for sale.  Insist that your agent is a member of both.

  2. Advertise – your home will get the maximum exposure in the industry for the level of service you choose (if advertising is included in the level you choose).

  3. Provide a sign, lockboxes.

  4. Provide a brochure box and professional brochures if offered in the service level you choose and where not restricted by community regulations.  

  5. Internet – your home will appear on our website which is easily found on the internet search engines when searching for things like Aiken Homes.   Our website has links from many, many real estate related websites.  Your home will also appear on Realtor.com, RealEstateBook.com, LivingChoices.com, RealEstate.com, Homegain.com, Uniquehomes.com (homes over $1M), The Wall Street Journal (wsj.com) (homes over $450K), The New York Times (nytimes.com)  BobVila.com, and more.             

  6. Website Positioning – Most agents today have a website.  Those that don’t are really missing out.  But having a website without being found by the search engines is pretty useless.  Our website is www.AikenAreaHomes.com or .biz.  You can try this yourself.  Today (6/7/07).  I went to google.com and searched for:

           a.      "Aiken realtor" and it comes up in the #1 position

           b.      "Aiken homes" and it comes up in the #2 position

I then went to yahoo.com and searched for

a.      "Realtor Aiken"   and it is in the #2 position after realtor.com in #1

b.      "Aiken Homes for Retirement"   and came up #1

c.      "Real Estate in Aiken"   and it came up #2 after realestate.yahoo.com

  1. Support – we provide the service to assist you in negotiating with prospective purchasers and once under contract, working proactively to get the transaction to close; coordinating with and monitoring the actions of the selling agent, lender, appraiser, home inspector(s), termite inspector, title agent and closing attorney.
